Banned for no apparent reason

Starting, sorry for my bad English, I'm using Google Translate and I also apologize if this topic is not in this place but it's a bit of a desperate question, what happens is that on Monday morning I wake up with my account banned and the page doesn't tell me the reason why the ban is, I have sent a ticket to support and I have not received a clear answer either, I would like to ask here if anyone knows why these things can happen, it's the first time I play Ultimate Team and out of nowhere I have a permanent ban from everything EA FC. 😔
