Been robbed of rewards

So I was in the middle of playing champs this week, as we all know play all 15 games and you get a tots player pick. I’m playing my first game, I’m loosing but that’s fine I didn’t mind it. I pause to make subs and then the guy I’m playing against quits. It then counts it as a lost, but doesn’t count it as a game played which is soo weird. So now ea have ruined my chances of getting this player pick.
