Black screen and lost match in FUT Champions

I loaded into my FUT Champions game as usual and my screen went all black. I was not able to do anything and I had to restart the game and I lost my match. It is very annoying. In the next game I won 5-2 and when the match ended the game showed an error and it kicked m.e out. It counted as a loss.
