Black Screen Freeze on Load up

When I try and load fc25 on my Xbox one it starts the load up screen then freezes and goes to a black screen. However when going on other ea games such as UFC it is fine. It then doesn’t allow me to do anything on my Xbox meaning I have to turn off via the power button on the console. I have tried loads of methods to resolve this from restarting console to deleting and reinstalling game. Does anyone know how to resolve this issues.
