Black screen

Everytime when i launch fifa it works well. But then when i click my save file the whole screen turns. I can hear sounds like switching back and fouth between opitions when i move my joystick. And when i try other games it is fine. All this started when i accidentaly tuched my power cable while playing and my pc turned off. PLEASE HELP!
