Can’t Access EA Account on PS5 – FC24 & FC25 Unplayable (Case ID# 210347958)

I’m reaching out because I genuinely need help.

I’ve been completely locked out of my EA account on my PS5 and I’m unable to play FC24 or FC25 — games I’ve paid for and now can’t even access. The issue started after I changed some settings in-game, and ever since then, I haven’t been able to log in.
I’ve tried everything on my end — restarting my console, reinstalling the games, clearing cache, checking my connection (which is wired and stable), and going through every troubleshooting step provided. I’ve never had lag or disconnection issues. This isn’t a simple network problem — something deeper is going on with my account.
After contacting EA Help, the support agent told me there’s nothing more they can do and asked me to post here so the community managers or game team can see it. That’s what brings me here now.
It’s frustrating to be told to just “wait” without even an estimated timeline or explanation. I’m simply stuck with games I paid full price for — and no way to play them. I’m not the only one going through this, apparently, and that worries me even more.
Please — I’m asking for someone to look into this. I just want to access the games I purchased. If you need more info from me to investigate or resolve this, I’ll provide it right away.
