I just bought the season pass while I was at level 21 so I claimed the 10k cup from level 20 but after that I couldn’t claim any of the premium rewards from 21 onwards to 31 so I can’t get flashback Martinez it says I require -xp to get the rewards

At first i tap once the X button to claim the reward. That doesn’t works so i was holding X to claim all rewards. After that i didn’t receive anything but i couldn’t claim again beceause it’s was allready claimed. So i didn’t get my rewards from level 38/39.
i can make a screenshot but the only thing you’ll see is that my rewards were claimed.

I’m unable to claim any premium rewards in the premium season pass after level 35. I was at level 35 when I purchased the season pass, and afterwards was unable to claim anything, like Ribery. It says I need negative or 0 sp to claim anything.

our team tested this and got all rewards, even using the claim all function. This all seems working as intended.
CwizzGamez Please restart the game or log out and back into Ultimate Team and the -SP should disappear.
Nutty_Nexis I'd recommend contacting our live support team at EA Help to check your account in particular and what rewards you have received.
I have the same issue for all Rewards Level 36-40, the Game Went back to UT Main Menu and None of the Rewards is in my Club :(
