Can’t log into FC25 on companion app

Keep getting this message every time I try to log in on my phone “Your request cannot be completed. Service limitations apply.”  it has been happening for a week. I live in Australia

HeyBasketball290300​. Could you please check if you'll receive the same error in the EA app on your mobile and also on the web app on your web browser?
