Can’t log into FC25 on companion app

Keep getting this message every time I try to log in on my phone “Your request cannot be completed. Service limitations apply.”  it has been happening for a week. I live in Australia

Can you test it on a different network and a different device? Also, have you made any changes to your account before this happened?
