Can’t open Pack

Just opened the seasonal booster pack a got the totw pack inside but obviously can’t claim 

  • Platform: Xbox
  • PSN/Xbox Gamertag: Invinciblecoops
  • Name of the pack you opened: seasonal booster - 1500 points 
  • Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: Breakthrough tote
  • Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ? Console 
  • Approximate timestamp: 17,27
