Can’t log into EA FC 25 on Xbox – Works on Companion App

I can’t log into EA FC 25 on Xbox, but my account works fine on the Companion App. I’ve tried reinstalling the game, power cycling, clearing MAC address, and testing different Xbox profiles — nothing works.

This doesn’t seem to be a ban or connection issue. Other players are reporting the same problem, so it might be a backend issue tied to Xbox session tokens. Can this be escalated to the proper EA support team?
