Can’t play the full game

Hi, i am unable to play EA fc25, when i start the game it gives me the showcase version instead of the full game and when i click on the upgrade button, a pop-up appears telling me that the game is not available for purchase on the store. I tried to delete the game and reinstall but the issue persist
