Can't claim the free pack

I opened a pack and in it i got a "free loan" pack which I had to claim but when I do claim it, it says there's a problem with the servers. I tried going on new gen and claiming it and it still bugs and I went on the companion app and it still bugging 

This has been the case for like 6 hours and it still the same, and as long as I can't claim it I can't open other packs so I would appreciate it if that gets fixed soon (so I can open my rivals rewards😭🙏)
