Can't even get into the servers- getting stuck on the black disclaimer screen

Why can't I get onto the servers the game freezes at where the pre order was after clicking into the game.

my game is stuck in this screen. cant move ahead or go back. been the case since 3-4 hours. tried restarting and reinstallation also. same issue. let me know when this will be fixed please.

Having the same problem from this morning 28.08.2025. You can get around it if you hit Cancel and Play offline, but then trying to reconnect to the EA servers, it says those are unaivailable.
