Why can't I get onto the servers the game freezes at where the pre order was after clicking into the game.
The issue has now been resolved. Thank you all for your support while our team worked on fixing the problem.
Having the same problem from this morning 28.08.2025. You can get around it if you hit Cancel and Play offline, but then trying to reconnect to the EA servers, it says those are unaivailable.

Want to report a bug, my fc25 is stuck on loading screen that have text started with "This game includes optional in-game purchases of virtual currency....." Im playing on pc btw . Hope can solve this soon
my game is stuck in this screen. cant move ahead or go back. been the case since 3-4 hours. tried restarting and reinstallation also. same issue. let me know when this will be fixed please.
same here :( we had issues like stuck screens a lot lately (due to forced fc26 purchase screen) but today's disclaimer screen issue is something else. I think it'll be solved soon.
