Why can't I get onto the servers the game freezes at where the pre order was after clicking into the game.

Iget black screen everytime when i try to open eafc 25... help
Im playing on PC, today the game is not working. After the first loading screen, select the settings, connect to the internet, and everything is ok.
After connecting to the internet, I get the screen i attached and it freezes. I know this screen promotes the FC26 game, but now it doesn't work and I cannot play the game..

Hi,
After starting FIFA today, selecting settings, and skipping the intro, this screen appears and none of the buttons work, meaning there's no way to skip it. I've tried restarting my PC, reinstalling the game, deleting settings, and downloading the latest graphics card drivers, but nothing helped.
Please help me solve this problem as soon as possible
