Can't open the game
When I launch the game from steam it open like that and don't fully open

Hey Falcon_DEOL8 Was this the first time you launched it on your PC, or did it previously work without issues? Have you tried to verify the game files already?
It always do like this and sometimes after verifying the game it works but not always
