Can't sign in
cant play online , everytime i sign in it sends me to the verification code screen , when i apply the verification code it does not let me click continue no matter how many times i press it, im on xbox series x

just tried it, still doesnt let me sign in and verify my account 😔

Hey heypunk7 Turn off the console, unplug the power cable, wait a few minutes, and then plug it back in and turn it on. This will clear the cache data. Test any other EA title on your console, even a free game like Apex, just to see if that will work.
If you have multiple accounts on your console, log out from any other profile before continuing.
