I think they sleep or something at the job , 4 months into game and the bug still not fixed 😂🤡

this doesn't seem like a widespread issue, so it would help to collect some more information in order to get to the bottom of this.

Do you get the error message after every game? The only thing that ever worked was restarting the game?

• Summary of Issue:  When I try getting into clubs league match, it says ‘There was a problem getting online information’ and I don’t know what to do
  
• What should be happening instead? I should just be able to play and get into lobby each match rather than restarting the application every time

Username is actually Sants.602 I guess. Steam is confusing as heck.

Arkadaşlar, bende aynı sorun vardı, farklı çözümler denedim. En son çözümde sanırım düzeldi, 5-6 maç üst üste oynadım ve hata almadım. Kullanıcı adını değiştirdim. https://myaccount.ea.com/ Buradan EA kimliğinizdeki ismi değiştirin. Benim önceki adım egoistanbull'du. Çift l harfinden ya da farklı bir şeyden yapabileceğini düşündü yazılımcı bir arkadaş. Alakasız geldi ama denedim ve oldu. Baş harfi büyük, aynı harf peş peşe 2 defa gelmeyecek bir şekilde ismi değiştirip deneyin.
