Connection to your opponent has been lost issue.

"Hi, on my PS5, in the newly purchased FC 25 game, Rivals, Rush, and Draft modes either show a black screen or display a 'connection to your opponent has been lost' error when the squad screen appears. Despite playing various online games on the same device without issues, I’m only experiencing this problem with this game. If there is a solution, I’d like it fixed; otherwise, I want a refund since I bought the game specifically for Ultimate Team."
