Constantly having lag, have tried everything even changed internet provider…

So since getting FC25, I haven’t had a single day where the game doesn’t lag, in the last month that has gone 100x worse meaning I physically cannot play any online game because I can’t control my players due to how bad the lag is, every game I go into is below 40 ping some as low as 6/8 yet I still find myself lagging constantly from before minute 1, it even lags when the teams are being shown pre match, it’s starting to become a joke and I have contacted playstation, changed my internet provider and done everything I can to fix this but have had absolutely no luck and the game is unplayable. I have won 2 games in 4 days of playing(for reference I’m an average player, reached the last checkpoint in div 2 before season reset and dropped to div 4 now can’t win any games at all, the two wins were in champs qualifiers). The lag is unbearable and is causing my heaps of stress because this is the only game I actually enjoy and is meant to be the thing that ‘relaxes’ me after work and life. Desperately asking for help here because this can’t continue surely and I’m convinced it’s a server issue, not a wifi one.
