Controller Issue In Pc

I am always  facing this issue regarding my Wireless controller where in all game modes it works perfectly fine but as soon as i play Any online mode it’s not working at all like in Rivals or champions or any match which is against any Online player in every mode , if it’s against AI it works completely fine in all modes but not at all working against online player or online macthes ,As a result i am not able to Level Up in Rivals or champions or Not able to play any online mode even though my Ping is around 25-27 ms, In online it works only and only by Keyboard and mouse but controller is not at all working in online modes (rivals or champions )so Please help me out here , this is a big issue for me .Keyboard works in online modes completely good but controller not at all , and I only play mostly by controller so don’t like to play through keyboard, so fix it or give me some solutions for this
