Controller not working on Pc

Hello,I have problem with controller not working in coop rivals,and sometimes in single rivals,I tried every tutorial and it didnt work for me,please help🙏🏻

fc25 and fc24 do not open open even after, clearing app cache, reinstalling the anticheat, repairing the ac, reinstalling fc25, running as admin and enabling compatibility mode
