Cup Game gone cause of Internet Provider Issue

I played the new Friendlies-Cup where you only get a limited number of tries. 

I played every Match over the whole lenght, even when i was loosing it.

But one of the games my Internet Provider had an local issue with the Network and it kicked me out of the game resulting in a loss and one game less. (I even have a Screenshot with the Internet Provider officialy stating there was a Issue at my address.)

Right now I played every Match and have 17 wins out of the 18 you need to get the Xavi Simons special card.

Is there any possibility to get the Game back?
