dc for no reason on fut champs

its halftime, im winning 4-1 and i go the toilet for 20 seconds when i come back it says i dc due to network issue. my network was perfectly fine. then i go back to fut champs menu and its counted as a loss and a game not completed so now i cant complete champs rewards for play 15 matches this week. fix this now and give me my game back.
