You can restore a disabled EA account by resetting the password via the original email address on the account. if you've made a new EA account with the same email address, you may need to temporarily change it. If that isn't working or if you don't remember what the email address might be, then I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team. They can take a look at this for you.
