DISABLED MAIL ADRESS

I opened a case on EA Help but they didn't answer me. I wrote that I've got "Please reset your password" loob. Now I found out my account was connected with a disabled gmail: fd*****@disabled.ea.com I need help from EA to unlink PSN from this disabled account.

Please create another case. And make sure you do not resume it. That will pull the case from the queue and cause a delay. Make sure you open the case and wait for a response.

Hey there. You'll need to open a case with an advisor to get assistance with this. It may take a day or 2 to respond though. Cases can be opened by following the steps here.

Hey! I already did it but EA didn't answer me. I opened a case 3 or 4 days ago.
