It is random. It happens anywhere. Sometimes I can join a match and get disconnected while playing, sometimes I get disconnected right before joining, or completing an SBC, or just looking at my squad... There is no pattern I can see.

i am facing a similar issue in my xbox series s , the only difference is that my game freezes for about 3 s mid match and then the game closes without any errors , and this happenes every 2-3 matches , in random moment sometimes in the first 20 min of the match and sometimes in the 89 min of the match , i have tried all troubleshooting and none of them worked .
Yes, I did. No fix from it.
When I have this issue, it does not work regardless using my fiber conecction or a hotspot. This is the only game I have this issue with.

I would just like to get a refund since it is impossible to play this and seems like there is no solution from EAs side to this.
Community ManagerUnfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest. This appears to be an issue with your equipment/ISP. We'll keep monitoring for any issues though.
You'll need to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if a refund is possible.

Just a comment, I highly doubt this is an issue with my equipment/ISP since I am not the only one having this issue (based on what I see on this thread, and given that I have tried connecting my PS5 to different networks), and this is the only game I have trouble with.
