I just got disconnected in the middle of a single player draft match. I have seen that there is a way to request a token refund, but I don't quite understand it. Can someone please explain the entire process to me? And also, filing a false report will probably get me banned, so how can I be sure that the system will properly detect that what I am reporting is true? I used the link you gave me, started the process, and it says "hang tight, we're taking a look". I waited for over 3 hours without touching anything, and it still said the same thing. My phone screen shut off at this point, and when I reopened it, the page refreshed and is back on the select your game page. I do not understand what is happening, and how am I to know if it is working or not?
Community ManagerYou can load into the game and see if you have a token. If you don't, try using the tool again, but use a PC or put your browser into desktop mode. Let's see if that helps.

Community ManagerYes. You can. The tool checks your account to see if you qualify for a token. If you do, it'll be automatically granted to you.

I tried using the tool again and unfortunately, still nothing. It was over 6 hours, and the screen still displays that same message. It does not say that I am not eligible, it just doesn't seem to be able to do anything. I checked on my console, and I didn't get another token. I may just have to give up at this point, because the amount of time that it is taking is an inconvenience. I can live without the token, so I guess I will just take the loss. Again, I genuinely thank you for trying to help me, and I wish you nothing but the best!
