EA FC 25 Progress Lost After Switching to PC

Question

I switched from Xbox to PC, and now i can't acess my EA FC 25 profile that i've usinig on my xbox series S, even though vinculating my xbox account, i can see my friends but when i open EA FC 25 everything is reseted, CLUBS, ultimate team... Someone can help me?

Hey Rdzzk11​. There's no cross-progression in FC 25, so you'll have to play with separate teams on each platform. Your progress from your Xbox account will not transfer to PC.&nbsp;
