DROP FPS FROM 100 to 0

Hello, im having an issue where i get drop fps where my game get blocked for few seconds between (10 to 30 seconds) then it keeps playing by itself in speed mode (if i was playing online). otherwise if i was playing solo the game just continues where it stopped and it keeps happening every 3 mins in the game which make it unplayable i made sure i lower resolutions and graphics and still nothinng my windows and graphic card are upadated (i have RTX 3050)  even all the apps overlays are unabled and i always make sure fc25 is the only game running.
please help!!!😞😞
