EA account cannot log in to FC25UT mode
Dear EA consultant and community manager, my EA account regarding FC25 received an email on January 29th regarding a violation of the sales agreement. As I did not violate any game agreement, this was also an erroneous ban by EA. Two days later, I heard from someone that this erroneous ban had been overturned. I checked my account's ban history and it showed that it had been overturned. However, I have been unable to log in to FUT and the web client for several days now. In the past few days, I have consulted EA's online consultant multiple times and tried many methods, such as reinstalling the game, clearing the cache, having online clients help me change the password for my EA account, and today the online consultant told me that game updates can solve the login problem, but I still cannot log in to FUT and web clients. I hope EA's technical team can help me solve this problem. Although this EA account cannot log in to FUT, it can play online modes such as season and club modes, and also update online lineups, which confuses me. I once again hope that EA's technical team can solve this problem as soon as possible.
