EA connection quality report website not working for me

I’ve been playing ultimate team for the past week and ea’s website hasn’t given me a connection score neither has it tracked any of the data from matches  I’ve played in match history. And yes I have...

Have you solved this problem? I encountered this problem and I understand that it is due to the EA account. I tried playing on my other account and did not encounter any such problems.
