I have the same problem. I can't find a fix
I’ve been trying to sort out this issue in FC 26 for over a year – I’ve posted on the forum and contacted technical support. The only thing I’ve got from them is: “Please wait for a solution; we’ll announce it in the game.” The problem still hasn’t been resolved. Something’s just gone wrong with my EA account and nobody knows what it is.
