EA Connections Error

Hi,No matter what type of game I'm trying to play as long as it is on ultimate team it gives this error.You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FCS online features until you can reconnect to EA servers. Go to ea.com/enable-to-connect to find out more.HELP NEEDED
