Community ManagerDelete DLF files from this location C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License and test the game.
*By default, the ProgramData folder is hidden in File Explorer. You need to enable "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" in Folder Options to view it. Restart your PC afterwards.
In case of any further issues, you can create a new Windows admin account and install the game on it. Make sure to use the cable connection type.
Hi EA_Pulsar I followed your steps there were no DLF files in the License folder I created a new Windows admin account reinstalled the EA App used a wired connection and still get the same "Your computer is offline" error nothing has worked please escalate this to someone who can provide a real fix
