EA FC 25 menus bugged

Hi im in need of help for the last week my menus have been bugged when i go to move through the menus it skips one of the menu selections for e.g. if im on the 1st menu selection on the main screen and i go to move to the 2nd on it skips to the 3rd and so on im unable to move just one space in menus it does it with my analog sticks and my bumpers my controller works fine in other games just EA FC 25 is where its bugged 

Im using the Flydigi apex 4 and i am on the ea app on pc
