Ea play subscription

So I’m trying to play ea fc 25 and it is giving me this message that there is a problem with my ea play subscription. But I go look at my subscriptions on my Xbox and it says that it is active and that I already paid for it. Another thing too is that it is saying that my ea fc 25 is a trial but I have been playing that game for months now. Please help!!
