Ea server ping in South Africa is BROKEN

I started this discussion with the most disappointment I’ve experienced ever. 
firstly I’ve contacted ea without any replies to my emails and live chat agents being absolutely useless. 
MY PING WENT FROM 22ms TO 100ms in a matter of DAYS and has NOT CHANGED SINCE. 

it is not a internet issue because I have NO ISSUE with playing other games such as Fortnite etc. This is OUTRAGEOUS AND RIDICULOUS FROM YOURSELF EA. IVE EMAILED AND SPOKEN ABOUT THIS FOR HOURS ON END AND THIS IS HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED. ITS RIDICULOUS

    Attached below are my internet speed and somehow my ea connection went from 85/100 3 days ago to now 60s ?????? THIS IS RIDICULOUS. no response in 4 hours. Typical of this company who keeps their customers with concerns waiting for weeks sometimes months. Just look at my ping. 90+ ping???? When I should be getting 20s. This is ridiculous. Absolutely **bleep** frustrating

    2 whole days without a reply. 2 DAYS. I’ve been struggling with these ea servers for over a WEEK now. Because ea don’t bother to read their own forums. ITS NOT MY INTERNET. ITS YOUR SERVER.  I have no other issues with my internet only when it comes to playing this horrible game which the creators show no care to handle and address matters for months. Absolutely pathetic 

  • IT IS NOW OVER 9 days without a reply from this company. I still continue to have 100 ms during the day and then 40ms at night. I have been able to play other games during the day with no problem like Fortnite. Guess they actually invested in their servers being good unlike this company which can’t even consider replying or taking a look at their own forums. Some go unanswered for months. RIDICULOUS COMPANY SHAMEFUL AND PATHETIC 

  • 1 month has passed and I’ve spoken to 4agents. Each of them said my forum would be noticed and responded and they haven’t still. Ea can’t fix the server in my region nor can they even train their employees properly. This is shambles and ridiculous from a company of this status.
