"EA Servers are unable to process your request"

Every time I finish a match whether it is division rivals, rush, champions, squad battles or any mode, It would often kick me out of the game saying "EA Servers are unable to process your request at ...

Can we please get an answer to this? I was winning a game in champions and when the whistle blew game over instead of the end menu I get this exact message and the game counted as a DNF. Absolutely ridiculous. 15 minutes wasted.
