EA Sports FC 25 Ultimate Team not working / needs account refresh
Hello EA Team,
I’m having a persistent problem with my EA Sports FC 25 Ultimate Team that has been going on for over a month. Whenever I try to open Ultimate Team or the Transfer Market, I get a message saying that it’s not available right now. In-game, my players who receive red cards or injuries never recover — they stay stuck indefinitely.
I’ve already tried every possible fix on my side, including:
• Checking for updates manually
• Logging out and back into my EA account
• Clearing EA App cache and local files
• Repairing and completely reinstalling the game
• Testing my internet connection (stable 36 Mbps)
Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue. Because of this, I believe there’s a server-side problem with my Ultimate Team data or account sync.
Could you please investigate and, if necessary, refresh or resync my Ultimate Team data on your servers? I don’t want to lose my club — just need my account fixed so Ultimate Team, the Transfer Market, and player status updates start working again.
