EAFC 25 keep crashing my PlayStation 5

Community ManagerYour PS5 is overheating. The solution is to clean the console vents, fan, and heatsinks.
I used a can of compressed air held vertically (so no liquid comes out) to blast the fan and heatsink.
Once done, game stability should be much improved, and you may notice reduced fan noise, too.

Hello, thank you for the replay i don’t believe it is because the console is overheating. The game shows no signs of being slow nor does my console make any noise from the fan indicating that, that is the issue.
also FC is one of the smaller games i play, and no other game i play has ever had me experience this issue. It must be something else. Please assist
Hello??? Electronic Arts. I paid $100 for this game and i cant even play it to any fault of my own. Ive been a loyal customer to this brand for over a decade across all your sports games. 5 months into FC25 and i cant even play the game without it crashing. I need help immediately this is a new level of a joke
They don't care. Mine just began crashing out of nowhwere, but now I'm thinking it started after the last update. Tells me my console is overheating and then shuts off. It happens only with the ps5 version of EAFC 25. No other games cause this to hAppen and I play others than are far more demanding.
