EAFC Freezing during celebrations/cutscenes (PS5)

This issue has mainly come to light in the past few weeks. Everytime when I score a goal and the game cuts to the player celebrating the whole game freezes and the only way to come out of it is to close the game down entirely - causing an error report on my PS5. This is happening in every game mode on Ultimate Team . Due to this I am unable to play gameplay and it is ruining my experience.

I have seen a few posts of this happening where people have been advised to clear cache, rebuild database, uninstall/reinstall the game - I have done all of this and nothing seems to be working. As mentioned this has only started happening in the last few weeks. I have attached my connection report so there is nothing going on on my end that could be causing it.

Please could this be looked into as it is ruining my gaming experience as I am sure it is for many others.
