Eafc25 constant lag

hi, for me eafc25 has become almost unplayable. everytime i play it the lag is so hard i can bearly control my players, it is always delayed and slow, i could press a button to make a pass or a shot and it will take really long to register, things also happen like my players running of the pitch and in different directions, making it really hard to tackle. and just to clarify it has nothing to do with my wifi, my console or my controller and i am sure of that because i have done many tests and i am only ever laggy on eafc so it is definitely a problem with the game and i would really appreciate it if there is a way of fixing it
