I’m from Arizona as well using COX internet
I have same problem from Sep 12 , I’ve done everything but still same
I gave my account to my friend in Europe and he opened my ultimate team from there with no problem
but here I got this message all the time
Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will, now be returned to the Main Menu.

Error message: can not connect to ultimate team server
Game modes affected: ultimate team
Name of your Internet provider: Starlink
