Community ManagerAre you on the same network as your console? If so, can you switch both your console and mobile device to use a mobile hotspot so you're on the data connection? This is just a test so we can try a different network than your home connection.
I play on PC, so tried both the game and the Companion App on PC.
Switched to mobile hotspot and was greeted by a perpetual loading screen on Companion App.
Tried numerous times (wired LAN connection - 700 MBPS) to get through on FC 25. Got through once, played a Rush game. Started another, and this is what I got.
Clearly, there's some bug. Can we get to the root of that already?
Edit: I've just gotten a DNF penalty for this. Just great.

Can you have your PC use the mobile hotspot to see if it will connect? You should also restart your PC after changing connections.
