EVO Player Pick text not appearing

I got the 1 of 5 evo playstyle+ of the future stars promo and when i opened it they appeared as "AcademySlot89" just changing the number for each one, so I couldn't get the one I wanted. For the 8 of 15 I got a friend to tell me the order. I would like a refund of the given Playstyle+ evo and the player again pls. Thanks for your time.
