falsely banned
Dear Ea support,
I’m really frustrated and upset about being banned from FC25 for something I didn’t do. I’ve been accused of cheating, but I’ve never cheated in any game, ever. I’ve always played by the rules and taken pride in competing fairly.
I was away on holidays recently and hadn’t been playing the game at all. When I got back, I received an email from EA stating that I had been permanently banned for “cheating.” This came as a complete shock because I know I’ve never done anything to violate the rules.
I immediately contacted EA to appeal the ban, but it’s been nearly a week, and I still haven’t received a reply. The lack of communication is really frustrating, and I just want this to be resolved so I can return to the game
