Fantasy FC Cup III Game Restrictions

I played every single game that EA gave me the chance to, yet they restricted me from playing 5 games from 31-36 in this game mode. Not to mention one of my wins from the aforementioned 31 did not translate to my objective completions. I want this Odegaard card, and I deserve to be able to play the 5 games I need to reach 36. Help.
