FC 25 Crashing After Latest Update - Unplayable!

i have rtx3060 and r5 3600 and my game is crashing as well. and also im having a weird af issue which is not happening while connected to vpn. game suddenly becomes 1 fps and after like 2 minutes of freezing it becomes unbeleivebly fast and after it makes me lost connection. bad company bad game. i hate all of those people who works for fifa pc
